Supernova forayed into children book publishing after securing licensing rights from a leading US based publisher Saddleback Educational Publishing Inc. Supernova has published 45 titles of Saddleback for which they not only have rights for SAARC ,but also for African countries. Supernova has since then expanded its publishing by obtaining rights for many works of non fiction and fiction from renowned publishers and authors. Some of the authors that Supernova will be publishing are distinguished Bengali literateurs like Sunil Gangopadhaya, Buddhadeb Guha, Sirshendhu Mukhopadhaya, etc, while they have obtained rights from hallowed institutions like Cornell University, Chicago University Press, Brookings Institutions, etc.
